# Concepts

So its time for me to explain the idea of OSDCloud Concepts.  My goal with OSDCloud was not to provide a solution for everyone and everything.  I designed it to be a radical and wholly new method for applying an OS ... a departure from MDT or CM

Some of you may know that I took some time off from the Community to get a fresh perspective on OSD and what I see for the future.  OSDCloud is a result of that, and these Concepts are new ideas that I hope take root in other aspects of OSD.  There's more to come!
